From that second, no body is allowed for changing any bets till the ball gets to drop in any slot. Only after the winning number is placed with dolly by croupier and the lost bets are cleared, the players can start placing new bets. The winner will be paid by croupier. The winners are people who placed bets that come up in the roulette wheel. Also, while placing bets outside layout, they will win, if they represent winning number.

The house advantage on roulette table with 1 zero is 2. 7 percent and on roulette table containing 2 zeros it will be 5.26 percent.  We can gain house advantages by paying winners either 1 or 2 chips, less than what actually should have been, in case when there is no advantage.

The En-prison rule is a sort of roulette rule that can be applied to only even-money bets and in some specific casinos. When the result is 0, some casinos allow players to take half their bet or leave it to another spin of roulette wheel. If the result of consequent spin is also 0, then they will lose entire bet. There is another rule call “la partage” which is similar to this rule.
